Tennis Court Payment Conditions of Hire(Required) Accept By booking the Dutton Park State School Tennis Court you are agreeing to do so at your own risk and for recreational use only. You agree: 1. To supervise children at all times, 2. To lock the court after use and to avoid damage to any equipment, 3. That use of the court by you and your guests is at your own risk and you release the Dutton Park State School and the Dutton Park P&C from any claim, loss or damage suffered by you or your guests while accessing or using the tennis court, 4. To fully indemnify both the Dutton Park State School and the Dutton Park P&C for any loss they may suffer arising from any claim associated with your or your guest use access or use of the tennis court. If you book and pay for the Court and cannot use it due to the weather you will not receive a refund. However, you may organise another time to use the Court by going to duttonparksspandc.org.au/tennis-manage/.
