***DPSS UNIFORM SHOP UPDATE***

Uniform Shop is online at a new website. Both the P&C web page and School web page now link to the new shop.

We will also use this shop for all future P&C event ticketing, fundraising activities and special food day sales.

What about flexischools?
We will fill orders made via our old system, flexischools, until the end of Term 3. After that time our account with flexischools will be deleted.
You will find that shopping via our new store is cheaper for you, as there are no additional fees.
If you have a balance remaining in your flexischools account, please spend it on some uniform or arrange a refund when you close your account (see their help section for information).

Can I visit the Uniform Shop?
We are now operating an appointments system for parents wanting to bring a child to try clothes on or check the second hand clothes racks.
Head to our Uniform Shop online to book in. Appointment schedules depend on availability of our volunteers.

We will re-open the physical Uniform Shop at Parent Hub under Block C as soon as parents are allowed on School grounds. Keep an eye on the P&C web page and like our facebook page for updates.

Q: I bought the wrong size – how do I arrange an exchange or refund?
A: Email uniformshop@duttonparkss.eq.edu.au and we’ll organise to exchange or refund your new uniform purchase. We cannot accept exchange or refund of uniform that has been worn.

Q: What about lost property?
A: Items that children leave around School grounds get picked up and put in a box under the Admin building (Block A).
Periodically parent volunteers check the pile and email/text parents to notify them of an item to pick up. This only works if you label jackets, hats, water bottles and lunch boxes clearly!
At the end of each term all uncollected items are washed and recycled – uniform to the 2nd hand racks and non-uniform to local op shops.
