Tuck Shop Orders Term 2 Week 8

Welcome to the P&C tuckshop trial! Please submit form by 5pm on Tuesday for Friday meal service (this is a hard cut-off, the form will be unavailable after that time). Food will only be distributed at first break, so parents should send other food for second break and munch and crunch as needed.
Years 3 to 6 should meet at the uniform shop area at first break on Friday. Prep to year 2 will have their meals delivered to their classroom.
Cutlery is provided.
This tuckshop is being catered by the Brisbane State High School canteen service.
Orders cannot be changed once submitted and there is no customisation of the options available for each item below. This is a trial service being provided by parent P&C volunteers and your support will determine whether it continues as an ongoing service.

Allergy Notice – Please Read Before Ordering Important Allergy Information

Food served at this tuckshop is prepared off-site and may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:
Peanuts • Tree Nuts • Dairy • Eggs • Gluten (Wheat) • Soy • Seafood • Sesame

While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.

If your child has a food allergy or intolerance:
- Please contact tuckshop volunteers before ordering (tuckshop@duttonparksspandc.org.au).
- Ensure the school has an up-to-date allergy management plan.

In case of an allergic reaction, volunteers and staff will follow emergency procedures and contact first aid personnel immediately.

Chicken sushi: Crumbed Chicken, sushi rice, seaweed sheet

Avocado sushi: Avocado, sushi rice, seaweed sheet

Sushi is individually packaged roll, please note soya sauce needs to add in sauce section as 50c each.

To provide this service, the P&C may share limited personal information (student first name, student surname and class) with Dutton Park State School, Brisbane State High School and Brisbane State High School P&C who collectively support fulfilment of the tuckshop orders. This information is used only to: • prepare and label orders accurately • manage tuckshop operations. The information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be disclosed to any other party unless authorised or required by law. Meals supplied through the tuckshop are prepared and packed off‑site and delivered to the school in safe temperature conditions. Once meals are distributed to students, they are treated the same as food brought from home. Parents and carers should be aware that hot and cold meals are intended to be eaten promptly at the scheduled break time. After distribution, the school does not control how food is stored in student bags. We encourage families to discuss safe food handling with their children, including eating meals at the intended break and not saving hot meals for later in the day.
