World Cerebral Palsy Day – Friday 6 October
DPSS is going green for World Cerebral Palsy Day!
To join in the fun, the P&C is organising green finger buns from one of our supportive local bakeries. They will cost $2 each.
To keep things simple and allow everyone to join in the fun, we are asking parents to buy their child a bun, and for those that can afford to pay for an extra, to add an extra $2 to your bill. This will allow us to include all teachers and children. If your child is Gluten Free, we will get these details from the school and provide an alternative should they want one. Any extra funds raised will be given to the school and will go towards their goal of purchasing furniture for DPSS classrooms to support the needs of our students living with special needs including cerebral palsy.
